1 can | (12 ounces) starkist light tuna; drained and flaked |
¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons | Lemon juice; lemon pepper seasoning |
1 \N | Stalk celery; finely chopped |
2 tablespoons | Chopped black olives or pickle relish |
1 \N | Hard cooked egg; chopped |
Mix ingredients together and chill. For tuna melt, spread tuna salad on bread; top with favorite cheese and broil until bubbly.
