3 \N | Bottles sauternes; 375 ml each |
1½ cup | Creme de cassis; chilled |
¾ cup | Pineapple juice; chilled |
2 cups | Strawberries; halved |
1 cup | Blueberries; optional |
1. Cut lemons and oranges crosswise in half. Squeeze juice into bowl or large glass measuring cup and pout into 20-24 cup punch bowl.
2. Add Champagne, Sauternes, cassis, and pineapple juice to punch bowl; stir to combine.
3. Add strawberries and blueberries if desired to punch.
Notes: To serve, ladle ½ cup punch into cups making sure that each serving gets some berries.
