Cinnamon-salt mix

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Salt
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon

1. Heat salt in a dry skillet over medium-low heat. Stir or shake the pan constantly until the salt begins to brown; then remove from heat.

2. Let cool slightly; then stir in cinnamon. Store in a tightly covered jar.

VARIATIONS:

1. For the cinnamon, substitute ½ teaspoon ground allspice.

2. Add with the cinnamon ½ teaspoon sugar and a pinch of Fiye Spices.
