Cinnamon peach or apple crisp

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Quick-cooking rolled oats
½ cup Sweetened granola
¼ cup All-purpose flour; divided
½ cup Packed brown sugar
¼ cup Margarine
5 cups Peeled sliced fresh peaches
\N \N Or apples
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1½ teaspoon Margarine; melted

In medium bowl, combine oats, granola, 3 tablespoons flour and brown sugar.

Cut in ¼ cup margarine until crumbly. Place ½ of peach slices n 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with remaini 1 tablespoon flour. Sprinkle with ½ oat mixture. Top with remaining fruit then remaining oat mixture.

Sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle with 1½ teaspoons melted margarine. Bake in 375 de ee oven for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve warm.
