Cinnamon candy salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Gelatin, cherry; 3-oz pkg
¼ cup Cinnamon candies
1 cup ;boiling water
1 cup Celery; chopped
½ cup ;boiling water
1 cup Apples; chopped
½ cup Nuts; chopped

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add cinnamon candies to the ½ cup boiling water and stir to dissolve. Add enough water to make 1 cup liquid and stir into dissolved gelatin. Cool till partially set and add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold or flat dish and refrigerate until set.

Evaluation by Deseret News: Immediately double this recipe- the family will want more! This is such a different gelatin salad, we won't even call it Jell-O! Looks wonderful in tall glass goblets.
