chunky applesauce in the crock

1 Servings
8 larges Cooking apples; peeled, cored and sliced or cut into chunks, (up to 10)
½ cup Cold water
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Sugar; (up to 1)

Put ingredients in crockpot. Cover; cook on low 8 to 10 hours. (High: 3 to 4 hours.) Serve warm. Add cream if desired.
