Dough: Mix soft butter with flour and water. Place in cold until hard.
(You can store it in a cold place overnight.) Roll out very thin, fold sides in the middle, overlapping. Roll and fold at least three times. For better results let cool after every folding.
Filling: Boil prunes in water until they fall apart. Add sugar. Mix well and let cool.
Roll out the dough to half centimeter thickness. Cut it to squares. Place a teaspoonfull of filling on the center of each square. Cut a little from each corner towards the center. Fold left-side halfs of each corner to the middle, on top of filling. Pinch tightly. Brush with egg. Bake in 225 C oven for 8 - 10 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
