Christmas punch bowl

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Raspberry Sherbet
1 \N Lemon Juice; Fresh
1 \N Orange Juice; Fresh Squeezed
⅓ \N Sugar
2 \N 28 Oz. Bottles Ginger Ale; Chilled
1 \N 32 Oz. Bottle Cranberry Juice Cockt; Chilled

1. Soften 1 pint sherbet.

2. In punch bowl, combine softened sherbet, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar; stir to dissolve sugar.

3. Add ginger ale and cranberry juice.

4. With ice cream scoop, float remaining 1 pint sherbet on top of punch.

Makes 15 cups.
