Christine's spaghetti sauce for a crowd

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cans Crushed tomatoes; 28 oz ea
12 ounces Italian stype tomato paste
½ can Water (tomato can)
3 teaspoons Brown sugar
3 teaspoons Dried parsley
2 teaspoons Dried oregano
2 teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1 large Bay leaf
\N \N 4-5 cloves garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Olive oil
½ large Onion; chopped

This freezes very well. Heat oil in a skillet and add garlic and onions, stirring occasionally unti I usually will brown up some sweet Italian sausage and some pork and throw Christine Schmitt
