chow mein cabbage

MeasureIngredient
3 cups Shredded cabbage
1 cup Cut celery
⅔ cup Chopped green peppers
1 cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Butter
½ teaspoon Salt

Combine vegetables. Melt butter in skillet; add vegetables and salt.

Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, 3 to 5 minutes (do not overcook). Serve immediately, passing the soy sauce. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 06-04-95
