Chow fun noodles

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
½ pounds Fresh shrimp; shelled
½ pounds Pork; sliced
2 eaches 12 oz. pkg Chow Fun noodles cut into strips
¼ teaspoon Ajinomoto
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Shoyu
½ each Stalks celery; sliced
2 eaches Carrots; sliced & slivered
1 cup Green onion; chopped
1 tablespoon Toasted sedame seeds
1 pack Bean sprouts
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Cornstarch

SEASONINGS

Stir fry shrimp and ork in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add seasonings and stir fry an additional minute. Add noodles and vegetables and cook another 2 minutes. Do not overcook vegeatables.
