2 eaches | 12 oz. pkg Chow Fun noodles cut into strips |
¼ teaspoon | Ajinomoto |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 teaspoon | Shoyu |
½ each | Stalks celery; sliced |
2 eaches | Carrots; sliced & slivered |
1 cup | Green onion; chopped |
1 tablespoon | Toasted sedame seeds |
1 pack | Bean sprouts |
1 cup | Water |
1 teaspoon | Cornstarch |
SEASONINGS
Stir fry shrimp and ork in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add seasonings and stir fry an additional minute. Add noodles and vegetables and cook another 2 minutes. Do not overcook vegeatables.
