Chocolate-dipped coconut balls

1 pounds Powdered sugar
4 cups Coconut; flaked or shredded
2 cups Walnuts or pecans finely chopped

⅔ cup Sweetened condensed milk 1/2 of 14 oz can
18 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
1½ tablespoon Vegetable oil
