Chocolate-coconut squares

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Graham cracker crumbs
½ cup Brown sugar, packed
½ cup Flour
½ cup Margarine, melted
14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
7 ounces Flaked coconut
12 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons Peanut butter, chunky
\N \N Garnish: chopped peanuts

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Press mixture into an ungreased 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Combine condensed milk and coconut, mixing well; spread over crust. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

Combine chocolate morsels and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts; spread over coconut layer. Garnish, if desired. Cool and cut into bars.
