Recipe by: Jo Anne Merrill Preparation Time: 0:10 In a saucepan, combine 2 cups boiling water, 2 cups sugar, salt and cocoa powder. Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth. Cool then add vanilla. Pour into covered jar and store in refrigerator. Yield: 3 cups syrup.
