chocolate fondue - bittersweet

| 3 | Bars |
| ½ cup | Heavy cream |
| 2 tablespoons | Orange liqueur |
| Bittersweet Swiss chocolate | |
| 3 ounces | Each |

Melt chocolate in cream in the fondue pot on high heat, stirring occasionally to mix. When well mixed, add liqueur and stir well. Reduce heat to low for serving.
Makes 4-6 servings.
