Chocolate chip streusel coffeecake

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Packed brown sugar
½ cup Flour
¼ cup Butter or margarine
¼ cup Chopped walnuts
1 cup Mini semi-sweet chocolate pieces (up to)
12 ounces Cream cheese
1½ cup Granulated sugar
¾ cup Butter or margarine
3 \N Eggs; beaten
¾ teaspoon Vanilla
2½ cup Flour
1½ teaspoon Baking soda
¾ teaspoon Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Milk
1 cup Mini semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar and butter. Mix until well blended on medium speed of electric mixer; blend in eggs and vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients; add alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake at 350x F for 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool.

Store in refrigerator.
