Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cottage Cheese
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Walnuts; chopped
2 \N Egg Yolks
1 teaspoon Vanilla
8 ounces Semisweet Chocolate; melted
1 cup Whipping Cream; whipped
2 \N Egg Whites; stiffly beaten
1 \N 9 Inch Graham Cracker Crumb Crust; baked
\N \N Whipped Cream And Walnut Halves; (Garnish)

Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer on high speed until smooth. Add chocolate and blend well. Fold in whipped cream, then egg whites. Fill crust, cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and walnuts just before serving.
