Chocolate caramel walnut fudge

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Chocolate chips; (18 oz.)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 dash Salt
1 cup Chopped walnuts
½ cup Caramel ice cream topping
1½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

In saucepan, over Low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, caramel topping and vanilla.

Spread evenly into foil-lined 8 or 9 inch pan. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.

Makes about 2 pounds.
