Chocolate caramel bars - butter busters^

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Egg Beaters
¾ cup Sugar

½ cup Sugar
\N \N AND 3 pk Sweet 'n Low
¾ cup Brown sugar
\N \N OR
½ cup Brown sugar
\N \N AND
2 teaspoons Sweet 'n Low Brown
½ cup Kraft fatfree Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Bakinf soda
2 cups Flour
½ cup Mrs. Richardsons or Kroger fatfree caramel topping
1 cup Braum's or Mrs. Richardson's fatfree fudge topping
1 cup Grape Nuts cereal

Heat oven to 350F. Cream Egg Beaters, sugars, Miracle Whip and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda. Set aside 1 cup of the batter.

Spread remaining batter into a 13 x 9" baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 10 minutes. Spread with carames and fudge toppings. Sprinkle Grape Nuts over this. Spoon reserved 1 cup batter by teaspoonfuls over the Grape Nuts. continue baking 12-15 minutes or until evenly browned.

Cool; cut into squares. These can be served alone as cookie bars or warm with fatfree ice cream or nonfat frozen yogurt on top for a delicious dessert.
