|12 ounces||Semisweet chocolate, broken|
|12 ounces||Unsweetened chocolate,|
|Broken into chunks|
|8 ounces||Heavy cream|
|2 tablespoons||Coffee liqueur|
|Assorted dipping foods|
Melt chocolates in top of boiler over low heat. Pour cream in slowly, blending well. Add liqueur. Pour melted mix into fondue pot, & heat over low flame, being careful not to scorch chocolate. Dipping foods may be: banana chunks, banana bread & cinnamon flavored cakes are particularly good with this dip.
