2 cups | All-purpose flour |
⅔ cup | Cocoa |
¾ teaspoon | Baking soda |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 cup | Finely chopped peanuts |
Cream butter; gradually add the sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Stir in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture, beating well. Stir in the chopped peanuts.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes. Cool cookies on wire racks.
