Chinese hawaiian bbq spareribs

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 pounds Spareribs; cut into 3\" lengths
1 \N Piece of fresh ginger; 1\", crushed
¾ cup Brown sugar
1 cup Catsup
1 cup Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 \N Clove garlic
2 ounces Sherry

SAUCE

Boil ribs with ginger for 30 minutes in water. Drain. Mix sauce ingredients. Marinate meat in sauce for 1 hour. Broil ribs to brown.

Serve.
