24 Chicken wings, separated, tips discarded
2 cups Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Prepared mustard (the Asian kind not Frenches)
2 teaspoons Freshly grated ginger
½ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Finely chopped garlic

Directions
