|450 grams||Rhubarb; washed; trimmed, sliced - 1 lb|
|480 millilitres||Water - 2 c|
|240 grams||Sugar - 1 c or to taste|
|480 millilitres||Pomegranate juice - 2 c|
|60 millilitres||Strained orange juice or rose syrup - 1/4 c|
makes 1½ L
Stew rhubarb with water and sugar for about 15 min. Strain juice; discard solids. Add juices and cool. Chill well and serve over ice.
