16 ounces | Chicken breast thinly sliced |
1 small | Bunch broccoli |
1 cup | Chinese napa or grenn cabbage |
1 small | Sliced carrot |
2 ounces | Snowpeas |
2 cups | Sliced mushrooms |
½ cup | Bamboo shoots |
½ cup | Water chestnuts |
1 cup | Cooked asparagus tips |
1 \N | Clove crushed garlic |
2 teaspoons | Sugar |
1½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 dash | Pepper |
1 dash | Cooking wine |
3 tablespoons | Oyster sauce |
Boil chicken until well done. Boil veggies separately and drain. Fry garlic in 1 tsp. vegetable oil. Add chicken and 2 cups chicken broth or water. Add remaining seasonings and corn starch to thicken sauce.
