China king's chicken delight

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
16 ounces Chicken breast thinly sliced
1 small Bunch broccoli
1 cup Chinese napa or grenn cabbage
1 small Sliced carrot
2 ounces Snowpeas
2 cups Sliced mushrooms
½ cup Bamboo shoots
½ cup Water chestnuts
1 cup Cooked asparagus tips
1 \N Clove crushed garlic
2 teaspoons Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 dash Cooking wine
3 tablespoons Oyster sauce

Boil chicken until well done. Boil veggies separately and drain. Fry garlic in 1 tsp. vegetable oil. Add chicken and 2 cups chicken broth or water. Add remaining seasonings and corn starch to thicken sauce.
