| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 pack | (8-oz) cream cheese |
| ½ pounds | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced or mashed |
| 1 cup | Finely chopped pecans |
| 2 tablespoons | Chili powder |
| Crackers |
Cream together the cheeses and garlic until blended; mix in pecans. Shape into two rolls, about 1-½ inches in diameter. Roll in chili powder. Wrap each roll in waxed paper or aluminum foil and chill. To serve, slice into thin rounds and serve with crackers. Yield: about 150 rounds.
