|1 pack||(8-oz) cream cheese|
|½ pounds||Cheddar cheese; shredded|
|2||Cloves garlic; minced or mashed|
|1 cup||Finely chopped pecans|
|2 tablespoons||Chili powder|
Cream together the cheeses and garlic until blended; mix in pecans. Shape into two rolls, about 1-½ inches in diameter. Roll in chili powder. Wrap each roll in waxed paper or aluminum foil and chill. To serve, slice into thin rounds and serve with crackers. Yield: about 150 rounds.
