Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Ground beef, extra lean --
\N \N Cooked
1 cup Bulgur
1 cup Onion
1 quart Stewed tomatoes
8 ounces Tomato sauce
1 cup Salsa
1 can Kidney beans -- with juice
1 can Pinto beans -- with juice
1 can Red beans -- with juice
1 can Great northern beans -- with
\N \N Juice
1 can Garbanzo beans -- with
\N \N Juice
1 can Blackeyed peas -- with
\N \N Juice
1 tablespoon Chili powder -- or more
¼ cup Cornstarch -- optional

Combine all ingredients and freeze. When thawed, simmer over low heat for 35-40 minutes. Per ⅒ portion: (1½ cups) 427 calories, 7 fat grams.
