Chili, ro-tel style

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 \N Green pepper, chopped
2 cans 10 oz. ROTEL
15 ounces Tomato puree
8 ounces Tomato sauce
1 pack Chili seasoning

Cook beef, onion and pepper in a large stock pot until meat is browned. Drain excess drippings. Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
