| 12 | Hot peppers |
| 1 pint | Sugar |
| 1 pint | Vinegar |
| 3 tablespoons | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | Allspice |
| 1 tablespoon | Cinnamon |
| ½ teaspoon | Cloves |
| ½ teaspoon | Paprika |
Peel & chop tomatoes, onions & peppers. Add remaining ingredients & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer until thick, stirring constantly. Cook 5-6 hours. Pour into hot, sterilized jars & seal. Makes 6-8 pints.
