Chili rice #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Chopped onion
3 cups Cooked brown rice
1 \N Chopped green pepper
1 can (16-oz) tomatoes
1 \N Clove garlic
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 tablespoon Butter

In a large skillet, cook onions, green peppers and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in rice, tomatoes and seasoning. Heat thoroughly.
