½ cup VERY HOT WATER
15 ounces HORMEL CHILI NO BEANS
1 cup SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
½ cup SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE

HEAT OVEN TO 450 DEG F. MOVE OVEN RACK TO LOWEST POSITION. COMBINE BAKING MIX AND WATER, BEAT ABOUT 20 STROKES. TURN DOUGH OUT ONTO SURFACE DUSTED WITH BAKING MIX. KNEAD DOUGH UNTIL NO LONGER STICKY, ABOUT 60 TIMES. ROLL DOUGH INTO A 12" CIRCLE. PLACE DOUGH ON GREASED PIZZA PAN. SPREAD CHILI OVER DOUGH. TOP WITH BOTH CHEESES. BAKE 12 TO 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND BUBBLY.
