Chile cheese tomatoes

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 eaches Large, firm tomatoes
1 cup Sour cream
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Flour
2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
2 tablespoons Chopped green chilies
1 cup Grated Longhorn cheese

Cut tomatoes into thick slices. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese, in small bowl and stir until well mixed. Place tomato slices in broiler pan or shallow baking dish. Spoon sour cream mixture evenly over tomato slices and top with grated cheese. (This may be done early in the day and refrigerated.) Just before serving, broil tomatoes about 4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Tomatoes will be just warm.
