Chile butter made from chile paste+

Yield: 4 ounces

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Dried chile paste
½ cup Butter, softened, unsalted
\N \N Fresh Cilantro
1 \N Lime, zest only
1 \N Lime, juice only

GARNISH

This is good on corn on the cob, warm tortillas, or just on a slice of good bread.

In a samll bowl, work the paste together with the butter. Add the lime zest and the lime juice. Turn into a small crock and garnish with the cilantro.
