Chicken, broccoli and mushroom tortillas

1 pack (10 or 12 oz.) fresh mushrooms; sliced (about 3 cups)
2½ cup Broccoli florets; (8 oz.)
¼ cup Chicken broth
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Grated fresh ginger
