Chicken thighs

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Chicken thighs
½ cup Olive oil
6 \N Cloves garlic minced
\N \N Balsamic vinegar
\N \N Olives (pitted)
\N \N Apricots
\N \N Prunes
\N \N Course salt
\N \N Pepper

Marinate chicken thighs in the oil, garlic and vinegar overnight or a few hours at least. Place chicken thighs in casserole dish 9x13. Put on top of them the olives, apricots, prunes, course salt and pepper.

Over all pour the leftover marinade. Bake at 350 F 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked well. This recipe by Margaret Trudeau, Pierre's ex. wife.
