chicken salad chiquita

1 Servings
2 cups Cooked diced chicken or
  Canned chicken meat; drained
⅓ cup Plain yogurt
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
½  Chiquita banana; diced
2 tablespoons Strawberries; diced
2 tablespoons Pineapple; diced
2 tablespoons Grapes; diced
2 tablespoons Chopped scallions or
  Green onions
½ teaspoon Celery salt
¼ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Chili powder
2 tablespoons Pecans (for garnish); toasted & chopped

Combine all ingredients except pecans in bowl; toss gently to mix well.

Serve on a bed of lettuce or with whole grain bread for sandwiches. Garnish with pecans if desired. Makes 4 servings.
