Chicken quiche

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 9 inch unbaked pie shell
½ cup Diced chicken
3 tablespoons Sliced almonds
1½ cup Shredded Swiss cheese
2 \N Eggs, beaten
1½ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Mace
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese

Put chicken, almonds, Swiss cheese in pie shell in that order.

Combine rest of the ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Pour over chicken, etc. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 07-09-95
