2 cups | Tomato sauce |

¾ cup | Mozzarella -- shredded |
8 \N | Black olives -- halved |
1 tablespoon | Parmesan cheese -- grated |
½ teaspoon | Oregano -- crushed |
Dredge chicken in flour. Pour oil into large skillet. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add chicken, fry until chicken is tender and golden brown. Remove to paper towel with slotted spoon. Spread 1 cup sauce over bread shell. Sprinkle with ½ c Mozzarella cheese. Top with chicken, remaining tomato sauce and olives. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese, parmesan and oregano. Bake onm ungreased baking sheet in lower ⅓ of ovn at 450F about 8 to 10 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
