|1 cup||Sliced mushrooms|
|1 tablespoon||Chopped parsely|
|½ cup||Dry white wine|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon juice|

Brown cutlet briefly on both sises over medium-high heat. Remove. Add garlic and mushrooms, saute until mushrooms are golden and pan is virtually dry. Add remaining ingredients and cutlets. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked thorough.
