Chicken and garden vegetable twist

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 cup Broccoli, chopped
1 cup Carrots, thinly sliced
1 can Cream of celery soup
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 cup Skim milk
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups Corkscrew macaroni, cooked
2 cups Chicken, cooked, cubed
1 teaspoon Basil leaves, dried, crushed

In skillet, in hot oil, cook broccoli and carrots with basil and garlic powder until tender, stirring often.

Stir in soup, milk and cheese; add macaroni and chicken. Heat through, stirring often.
