| 1½ cup | Diced celery |
| 3 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1 cup | Seedless white grapes |
| 1 cup | Toasted almonds |
| 1 cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ teaspoon | White pepper |
| ¼ cup | Light cream |
| 2 | Hard cooked eggs; sliced |
Mix chicken, celery, lemon juice & chill at least 1 hour. Add grapes & almonds. Combine rest of ingredients except eggs. Tos chicken mixture with mayonnaise & spices. Garnish with hard-cooked egg. Serves 8.
