chicken & vegetable ball soup ^

2 servings
2 cups Chopped cooked chicken
Bamboo shoots, cut in very thin srips
Mushrooms, chopped
2 smalls Carrots, finely chopped
Egg, beaten
¼ cup Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Soup
4 teaspoons Sugar
3 cups Chicken stock

Combine chicken, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, carrots, egg, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sguar. Mix well and form into balls. Bring stock, ¼ cup soy sauce and remaining sugar to a boil. Drop chicken balls into boiling stock; reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes and serve.
