½ cup Dried peaches
½ cup Pitted whole dates
⅓ cup Dried apriocots
⅓ cup Golden Raisins
2 tablespoons Graham cracker crumbs

In food processor bowl with metal blade, combine all ingredients except graham cracker crumbs; process until finely chopped. shape mixture into 1" balls; roll in graham cracker crumbs. Store in airtight container inrefrigerator. 24 fruit balls.

Per ball: 30 calories, 8 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 95 mg potassium, ½ fruit exchange.
