Chewy chocolate chip bars

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Stick margarine; 70% vegetable oil spread
3 cups Firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons Water
1 cup Egg substitute
3 cups All-purpose flour
3½ teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 cup Chocolate mini-morsels

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients in order listed, stirring well after each addition. Spread evenly in baking pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until deep golden brown. Makes 24 squares.
