Measure | Ingredient |

1 can | (15 1/2 oz) chestnuts |
½ cup | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
½ cup | Confectioner's sugar |
2 tablespoons | Dark rum; (up to 3) |
¼ cup | Unwhipped heavy cream |
¾ cup | Heavy cream; whipped |
Drain chestnuts and rinse under cold water; dry. Place them with cocoa powder, sugar, rum and ¼ cup unwhipped heavy cream in processor. Puree, scrape down sides and process until chestnuts are pureed. Whip cream, fold into puree and chill until dinner time.
