cherry fudge goodies
| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 each | Box fudge brownie mix |
| 1½ cup | Shredded Coconut |
| 1½ cup | Chopped, Candied cherries |
| 2 tablespoons | Cherry flavoring oil |
| 1 cup | Chopped walnuts powdered Sugar shortening |
Follow brownie mix directions/recipe on box. Add coconut, ¾ C walnuts, flavoring oil and cherries. Blend well! Pour batter into greased Dutch Oven or covered baking pan. Add coals 5 on top 7 under (350) Bake. Its done when a knife comes out clean.
Top with remaining walnuts and sprinkle with the powdered sugar. Let cool.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
This was made in a Dutch Oven but you can use any good baking pan in a real oven. Oven time: 30 to 40 min. Oven Temp: 350* F Original Source not noted on file
