1 pack | (16 oz) frozen bite-size seasoned potatoes |
1 \N | Jar; (8 oz) Cheez Whiz process cheese sauce |

I made this tonight and it was good. I used a little too spicy salsa, but you can add whatever is best for you. This recipe caught my attention because I thought my kids would like this, and they did! I found this recipe in a booklet "Month of Meal Ideas" from Kraft.
Brown meat; drain. Mix meat and remaining ingredients. Spoon into 13X9-inch baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Variations: Substitute 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces, for ground beef. (I used hamburger meat) Posted to TNT Recipes Digest by Mom4ajob <Mom4ajob@...> on May 5, 1998
