Cheesy garlic potatoes

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N (or 8) medium potatoes,
\N \N *peeled and cut into chunks
¼ cup (to 1/3) cup canola oil *
1 cup Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Seasoned salt

(1) Coat the potatoes with oil.

(2) Combine all the remaining ingredients in a plastic bag and "shake, rattle, and roll" the potatoes in this mixture until coated.

(3) Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree F.

oven for 1 hour.

*The more oil, the crispier the potato.
