Cheesy chicken fajita

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Chicken breasts; cut into strips
1 \N Clove garlic; minced
1 medium Green or red pepper; cut into strips
½ cup Sliced onion
6 \N 6-inch flour tortillas; warmed
1½ cup Cheddar & Monterey Jack Mexican Style Shredded cheese
\N \N Thick and Chunky Salsa; (Taco Bell brand recommended)

Directions: Spray skillet with no stick cooking spray. Add chicken and garlic. Cook on medium high heat 5 minutes. Add green pepper and onion.

Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender crisp. Place ¼ cup chicken mixture and ¼ cup cheese on center of each tortilla. Serve with salsa. Makes 6 servings.
