1 pack | (10-oz.) frozen chopped broccoli |
1 can | (10.75-oz.) can cheddar cheese soup |
½ cup | Sour cream |
2 cups | Chopped ham |
2 cups | Cooked rice |
½ cup | Soft, torn bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
Preheat oven to 350. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
In a large bowl, combine soup and sour cream. Stir in broccoli, ham and rice. Spoon mixture into 1½ quart casserole. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter or margarine; sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30-35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings. MasterCook formatted by Ethel Snyder
